TACTICS License Update 

For Studio Customers Using the Reports Module

To input the new license serial number, go to ITS Control Panel > General Settings > Customer Settings and input it in Product Code:

This will be required with the upcoming Studio 3.1 release for customers that would like to utilize the Reports Module for:

    • Split Monitor
    • MOE Analysis
    • Detector Volume and Occupancy

These reports require that the SPMDataService and PerflogCollectorService services are running on the TACTICS server.

For Studio customers without the Insights add-on subscription, the Insights features on the Studio License will remain OFF. However, you must input an arbitrary quantity in the Max number of SPM Enabled Signals for now. The reports listed above require the Traffic Signal to be both Studio-controlled and SPM enabled.
